I'm not sure myself but good things are happening we should learn a lot by June
It has been suspended due to the pandemic with no announcement on construction restart as of yet. But as Disney is starting to get back into a semi normal state again so it may be soon that they start all their construction projects back up so they have some finished and or atleast underway before the 50th anniversary.
Most likely not until 2022. Most of the large EPCOT projects have been move out till 2022 and will not be ready this year
