Industry standard is refunds only if the show is cancelled. Maybe try to sell the tickets?
Well, if the show isn't cancelled you prob won't get a refund. If it is cancelled you prob can. Call the box office.
You'll have to call their desk yo ask for a refund, but the roads should be clear by this afternoon.
