Don't know how to answer that because I also go during the day never been there at night but anyway you go these days going to be like that
I eat there every few weeks and have never seen bums, vagrants or filth. The place is about 50 yrs old so, I say, it looks as clean and well maintained as many 5 years old fast food joints! I go in the daytime, so, I can't speak about the crowd at night.
