I would say go to their website or stop in and see someone. It should be relatively painless.

You could e-mail them directly, go to any of their sites, or go directly to the actual location. They are helpful, and will be able to walk you through any and all questions that you may have. They will also show you examples of different levels of the plans, including cost, what each level would include and benefits of being a member.
