Well, as to the Asian people that you refer to, I'm not sure if everyone that works there is indeed Asian as from what I have seen, the staff is from a little bit of everywhere, and everyone is welcome from anywhere, point of origin isn't really considered, however as to the boba being hand-rolled? Yes, I have sat many times and watched personally as each batch is started and finished from raw flour through the cooking process, and finally into the serving and drinking process at which point it is not only good but some of the finest and best I ever tasted in my tea and it comes in a variety of colors depending on the day, event or request. So if what you were asking, is if the boba is machine made pressed and cookie cutter style, like almost every other store is trying to serve as so-called boba tea right now? Then the answer is no no it's not it is fresh each and every day just for you and made specifically for the customers who come in and ask for it by name, handmade, Asian or not.
Yes it is. We make every batch of dough and each boba by Hand by us (owners) or staff. We don’t understand the question regarding by an Asian person, we are a multi cultural establishment and wonderful people from all cultures are welcome.
