Why can't I speak to an owner/ operator since it's a franchise? I'd settle for a district or area manager for that matter but not the crass manager that is currently there. Is she God?

Why can't a manager give out a general manager name?

Sorry, I really don't know anything about that but there is usually a manager on site.

Maybe go to a different mgr at another place and she can give you name of owner or try to go on website & they will get a hold and then you can tell them problem.
