Don't think they take reservations, but I've never needed them. Usually seat you pretty quickly
The Conch House does not take reservations. Althought if you are showing up with a large party, it would best to give them a headsup before you arrive.

I've been going for years & I've never made reservations, so I'm unsure. There is plenty of outdoor seating. They may take reservations to sit inside restaurant. We have always enjoyed sitting outside.
I was there for lunch and there was plenty of seating. We just happened upon the Restaurant. Not sure if reservations are taken.
