Send a letter to the theater, directed to the business manager explaining your complaint. Ask if they will take any steps to rectify their wrong doing, and to make sure it doesn't happen again. Let the business know if they do not respond, in a proper time. You will send a letter to the City Hall, and also the BBB. (Better Business Bureau) And that should get there attention.
