I have a permit in the state of South Carolina. I'm 21. Can I take a road test here and walk out with a drivers liscense if I pass? Thankyou.

When I was taking lessons with them I had a NY permit. They let me practice with that but for the road test I was required to change it to a Florida permit before taking it.
