I am extremely disappointed with your ocala location! I have never been so embarrassed! I think they have changed management and now they are so slow and are walking around as if they don't know what to do! Embarrassing!

That's weird. I would definitely give them another try. Maybe they were having a bad day? Every time i go they may have a line, but all the employees are friendly and the dining space and bathrooms are clean.

Wow, I am so sorry that this happened to you. Perhaps they have new employees. The line usually moves pretty fast. I have noticed that when they have new hires it does take a lot longer than it normally would. Maybe that was this case this time.
