There is an area in the center by Echo Lake, behind the Boat. There's also another one on the far side of the Tower of Terror. Hollywood Studios only has a couple.
There are places scattered. They can be hard to notice.

Designated areas
There are separate, marked locations all throughout the park. You can pull up a map of the park, on their website, and see where the smoking locations are marked. Disney makes sure they aren't too difficult to get to so that people don't get frustrated and just smoke anywhere, so I don't think you'll have a problem if you're a smoker.
