Disney World is made up of 4 different parks: Magic Kingdom which is the main park, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. Magic Kingdom is the largest park offering 4 different areas you can visit as well as the Castle. Hollywood Studios is a movie based park.
All 4 parks are worth visiting.... animal kingdom and magic kingdom are the must go
Night and day. Magic Kingdom is very much for kids and is a very large park. Hollywood Studios is not big at al, right now, and is more oriented towards teens and adults. Still lots of stuff for kids to do but not as much as MK.
Magic Kingdom focuses on Disney's animated classics, like Cinderella and Brer Rabbit, while Hollywood Studios aims more on the "B" side of Disney, like the Muppets and the Twilight Zone (and soon Star Wars)
They are different theme park areas all within Walt Disney World. Magic Kingdom is the original WDW theme park. Hollywood studios has attractions that are more movie themed. Ex: Star Wars and Toy Story.
Two different parks, Magic Kingdom is bigger and has the castle and more roller coaster rides, Hollywood Studios is smaller with other types of attractions.
