What restaurant is the one to reserve for Fantasmic seating?

Mama Melrose's (Italian), Hollywood and Vine (good wine selections) and Brown Derby. All are in the Fantasmic Plan. Briwn Derby is my favorite only because my wife is Italian and no Italian restaurant can compare.
