90 before the parks open for rise of the Resistance boarding pass. If your just going to walk around you can get there anytime and see Galaxy edge

We arrived 15-30min before the park opened, and they started allowing people to enter the park prior to official open time. You couldn't sign up for Rise of the Resistance until the park officially opens, and you must be in the park. Key is to NOT have the app open when the park opens. Once the park opens, open the app and join a boarding group.

I arrived at 8 am and wish I arrived earlier. That ride fills faster than you can blink your eye.
