Obviously they had no idea the ride would be breaking down simply because you were in the line. They do not have control over that sort of thing. You always have the option to remain in line until the ride is back up and running. Your day is only as magical as you allow.
Also, if they get the DAS pass, they could get a return time and often times be able to bypass the more challenging aspects of the line for disabled individuals.
Don't give Disney a pass on good customer service just because you like Mickey. They are a business and should be called out when they do not provide that. I have been to Disney World over 100 times, as well as Disneyland, Hong Kong and Paris Disney. I always write and tell them the good and bad things that happened. If more people did that, we could possibly affect change.
They give you a lightning pass when a ride breaks down.
We go all the time Disney is good for there go to guest services complain it usually helps they are people too
Went 4 days ago it was obscenely crowded never going back rides break down genie plus messes up they won't get any more of my money
Not sure why that happened to you. I didn't see anything like that happen
I think that you can get a special pass to go to the front in instances like this
Rima ride broke down after 70 mins in line and they would not give a pass to return so we sat on the floor with baby, toddler and older ones for 40 mins but got on this rat ride which was fabulous before it broke down again
What would be the alternative?
