Disney very rarely closes during operating hours with the exception of lightning, which pretty much shuts everything down...
Yes we were there last wk and it rained Monday as they still had rides going
During our visits, only outdoor rides are closed during rain.
They close outdoor rides if lightning.... But they run in rain.... So i have experienced.
Most are indoors, so yes.
