Have they finished construction at Hollywood Studios? My sister does not want to go there because she feels various rides are under construction and therefore closed.

The only thing under construction right now is the new star wars area. The Great Movie Ride is permanently closed and will reopen as a Mickey ride, date unknown. Everything else is open.
