Before no because of their covid regulations, but yes now you can. You no longer have to be stationary to enjoy your food and beverages

If you're asking about Hollywood Studios, yes. Both Animal Kingdom and Epcot, also serve alcohol at carts and in restaurants. The Magic Kingdom does NOT sell alcohol at carts, but does have 2 full-service restaurants, that require a reservation, that have beer and wine available.

All adult beverages served must be consumed inside the park. You can't bring in or take out any extra magical beverages.

Yes you can walk around the parks go out exercise and jogging while you at it

I never noticed beer, but I'd guess the venders would sell them. Bottle Water isn't cheap. Didn't figure I could afford a beer. Nothing wrong with a good cold beer.🙂
