No it doesn't, there are tables at the lanes. Each one is about 6-8 people. Previous Employee here.
It does not. You can either try to get a lane by walkup if any are available when you're there or reserve it ahead of time. They had a contract we had to fill out to do the beforehand lane reservation.
I believe you need to reserve a lane separately
