Yes, they will ask everyone to get out of the pool for 30mins or until the lightning pass. There is absolutely no rain check either. My family and I had to come back the next day and still had to pay.
If there is lightning they will close until there is no danger anymore.

It didn't when I was there, I believe it will only close if it's lightening.
