You have to be staying in a home that pays monthly membership. It definitely is not open to the public.
If you are staying in resort, you don't need membership.
Had a birthday party there. Kids loved it.
No membership or ownership is required. The water park is open to the public. But I believe that, if you are not staying at the associated resort, there is a small entrance fee and towel deposit.
