I had a timeshare and they gave us 8 passes/day. I know some people paid to get in. I think it's open to the public. I want to say it was around $20/person.
When my family stayed, we had passed for up to 8 people per visit. I believe people can buy passes to go to the water park at the resort check-in/ service center. Water park admission was electronic, so there was no money or funds exchanged at the park entrance.
