They've always been very nice & I've never had any problems no matter what time of day although I try to avoid busier times. And Betsy is great!

Unfortunately, the service has gone down here. Simple orders are consistently wrong. Today the cover of my hot coffee was broken and not all the way on - treated to hot coffee down my chest and lap trying to get from window. No offer to fix and I had to ask for napkins. What h as opened to Betsey? She was awesome and should manage the place. I just signed up for Starbucks Rewards...
I'm sorry that you had to experience that. I hope other Dunkin Donuts are good service for you.
