When we was in there they were cooking steak in my daughter wanted steak I don't understand what would have been the problem to serve the steak if they were cooking it and it was done if I pay the price they should have serve the steak

If you were there at lunch time andbpaid lunch price then you eat what is served for lunch. Just because you are still there when dinner begins doesnt mean you get to eat it. You want the steak pay for dinner buffet

What most people don't understand us that there is a certain time that food can be put out (i.e. dinner maybe from 4pm-closing and the cook has to start prepping and cooking at 1pm or 1:30pm) this is so everything can be done and enough is out to get dinner started. And be ready to serve at dinner time

Well sir we start serving steaks at 4 pm we start prepping 3:30 3:45 by 4:00 we are ready to serve you and your princess

Your daughter should have gotten steak and if she didnt i would have gotten a manger and made them give her a steak i never had a problem with getting a steak and my kids haven't either not sure what the issue was

Well it daughter should have gotten steak. U paid for whatever you want to eat in there. Damn grill cook seems to have a huge attitude problem when I was there last week with my family
