How early can/should we get there prior to a concert if we want to be as close as can be to the stage?

I would think depending on the show that there are reserved seating with a section, row and seat #. Otherwise I would get there as early as possible before doors open and one person go through one door and another the other side opposite and see who gets the best possible location and go from there. Each ticket has a seat number. Buy yours as early as possible.

There should be two times on your ticket: when doors open, and when the show starts. The earliest you can get in is when the doors open (usually an hour before the show starts).
