When does the parking lot open? I want to get there early and have diner.

I don't think it is ever closed. Just a open, free lot.

Parking lot never closes cause, it's also part of a shopping center parking lot. Also plaza live requires an covid shot record to get in or $40. For a test there to get in .(learned this the hard way)
