Does brunch take reservations i tried and it said no time available actually told me nothing all day. Could this be right? We are driving 4 hours to come for meal with special needs child.

You need reservations, call them the week before the Sunday you want to be there and 2 to 3 weeks ahead of a special or holiday sunday

Yes, it's possible there are no reservations available if you aren't attempting to reserve a table at least a week in advance. I believe Easter Sunday was all booked up 2 weeks in advance.

I agree and request an outside table if you have a nice day it is first come first serve so no guarantees on that or you can wait on it and get next available but people tend to stay outside for a long time

They do take reservations but they also get very busy.
