Are dogs allowed when sitting outside?

We love all furry companions however, for security and health reasons, only leashed or harnessed service animals who remain on the floor at all times are allowed. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. So for the safety of both guests and pets, as we are a high volume location, we only allow service animals on the property at our outside seating. Yes...outside works. When I was there I saw 2 different people with dogs
