I am a patient of the facility. You must call their office to find out what insurance they accept. Better yet, ask your insurance company. Caution, if your insurance doesn't cover work, like a bridge & you want to pay out of pocket. They want payment in full as soon as they start the work. Had to give them $3,200.00 for 3 teeth bridge it took 2. months to complete the work. I didn't feel that was fair. It should have been in installments since it took so long for the work. They encourage Care Credit. After 6 months the interest fee is 20%.
