Depending on what you do for a living, you may receive a break on your rate. Think civil servants, we are a family of 3, two adults and a 4 y/o child. My husband is a teacher and we pay just under $90/mo. Keep in mind we have been members for a few years, so the costs have likely increased. We consider the YMCA to be a huge benefit to our family's total well-being and appreciate that our son has a safe environment to play in and meet other children while we take advantage of the group classes, facilities like the steam room, sauna and excellent equipment on the floor. By the Way, Child Development is a benefit available to your family for two hours every day. With access to any facility nationwide, maintaining a lifestyle that incorporates fitness is an attainable goal. This membership is well worth every penny. We frequented the Dr. Phillips location, visited the Roper and downtown Orlando locations, but now live nearest to the location on Lakemont. We love the Y!
Depends on your age and whether you need a single or family. Seniors and teens are cheaper. Also, scholarships are available based on need but you must show tax forms and pay stubs.
