No there is no bike parking outside of blink.

There is no bike parking inside and locked bikes on the outside tend to be very safe. You can also see you bike from the upper portion of Blink.

No unfortunately there is no bike parking inside the gym, but depending on the situation the front desk might allow you to bring your bike in. And there is no bike parking outside, but I would just advise you to bring your bike inside the gym
