I called earlier about an estimate on a Check-Up for a new patient. I was told, $150. I said i was coming with my dog. Then the secretary told me that you guys arent accepting new patients and to come back in a month. Will not be coming back. Thanks

Exactly... They weren't at a Maximum. They just didn't want help me for whatever Egotistical Reason they had, so they made up a lie. They could've told me that over the phone even after I specified that I was on my way, instead of having me waste my time driving there just to be completely unprofessional.
