And be careful, when they say that you have to rotate the tires, they charge you ... but be sure they rotated them, because most of the times do not rotate them, put a mark on it ... and the oil filter too.
I had a bad experience. I wanted to have my car service and look at the new highlanders at the same time. There are no signs to sercvice and the service area is not clear when you drive into the parking lot. I drove in the service area, got out of mt car , walked toward the back of my car to retrieve something from the rear of car and I hear someone yelling at med, "Lady, stand by your car" I turned to see who was yelling and he yelled again pointing his finger. "Stand by your car". Truly rude! that put me on alert. If an employee has the nerve to be that rude I blame the management. I also wanted look at a car. I asked a simple question as to how many highlanders were on the lot. the sales person could not anwer that question or would not answer the quesiton. It was just a bad experience all the way around.
