I would suggest bringing it in and asking the girls that work there. The shop itself does no repairs, however, a few of the girls do, individually. If you need advice on ding the repair yourself, they can definitely do that as well.
You should call them or bring it in. If they can't help they can refer you. It will depend on your problem, but most stores do no do repairs it will help you out. They are very good,
