Anybody have problems with their septics? Wondered if that was an issue since the neighborhood is so close to the river.

Neptune Village has a private waste water treatment plant under the strict guidance and permits issued by the Environmental Protection Commission. The treatment plant is operated by a licensed professional company. Neptune Village also has 2 wells and a water treatment facility under the strict guidance and permits issued by the Department of Environmental Protection and operated by a licensed professional with samples taken 6 days per week, and results submitted to the State. Recently, we installed a reverse osmosis system to upgrade the facility and quality of the water.

Yes...but they do not take resposibilty for it....AND PLEASE DO NOT DRINK THE WATER...IT IS FILLED WITH CHLORINE....
