For a party that size, it would have to be outside. I'm sure the band wouldn't be a problem.
Many people have celebrations here and they have both indoor and outdoor seating, though for a party that big indoor might be too tight. Also I have seen and heard Mariachi's here on more than one occasion. Happy 90th.
