I don't know who is in charge of your oven roasted chickens, but they need another lesson. Bought one yesterday- it was so overcooked, dry and crispy that even the cat wouldn't eat it.

Publix is an awesome place toshop I grew up with my mom shopping there and now I do if you just take anything at all back or even just the receipt they were either refund you or replacethat is definitely not the norm or something to be overcooked
