Do they require any proof of vaccines for the self service dog wash? Also are dogs running freely in any part of the salon? I have a dog that's not very good with other dogs she's fine being around dogs on leashes but not if they run up to her freely

I love this groomer. They have never asked me for proof of vaccinations. Dogs are exposed to each other when they arrive and placed in the secure holding area.

Good Morning. When you come in to use the wash just let us know and we will do whatever we need to in order to prevent any issues. I have plenty of areas to separate the pups as needed.

Lindsay, I'm answering your question late but you should not have an issue with your dog there. My dog is not at all a fan of other dogs. The dogs not being groomed are typically crated. Every once in a while if the self service wash is not busy, I've seen a couple of well behaved client dogs in the enclosed self service area but they get put away when I come in. The owner is magical with my dog who is cranky with most groomers but not the owner.
