Does anyone have a hard time with them answering there phones, I have waited on hold for awhile to be hung up on, the second time a long wait no one never answered. Maybe I just called at the wrong time.

You may be on hold for a while , but that's because the front office handles patients for all the doctors and they are attentive to their patients. The staff have all been very kind, knowledgeable and really help make the process go smoothly. The doctors are amazing and have wonderful bedside manner. They are very thorough but get you taken care of in a timely manner.

We always waited a long time on hold and were disconnected on several occasions. Don't understand why. But once in, the staff was attentive and efficient, and the physician was excellent.
