You can park on the street in metered spots ($1 per hour) or in a deck (approx $2 per hour). There are never any lines to record.

Parking is either street level and metered ($0.25 for 15 min.) or deck parking ($1 per 1/2 hour). There is usually no line to record land records or business names. There's sometimes a short wait (5 to 10 minutes) around lunchtime to get marriage licenses or certified copies of birth and death records.
