They open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturday they open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday they open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. As far as I know none of these institutions require that you schedule an appointment to do things such as adopt an animal, microchip or license a dog but you might need to schedule one to vaccinate your baby or to groom him/her.
