I am not sure if they speak spanish to tell you the truth but it wouldn't hurt to try and give them a call or better yet, go over there personally and talk to someone from the office. Go take a tour of the kennel area and when you find the baby you would like to adopt take a picture of him/her, record a video if you can and write down the animal ID number. Give this information to a staff member, fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee and when your baby is sterilized, licensed, vaccinated and microchipped you can take him/her home with you.
