Your ID and insurance. Or cash if your paying cash. Also, they only take medi-cal from san Bernardino county only. I ran into this problem moving up here from LA.
What happened with the Medi-cal out of L.A. county? That's what my wife and I have, so I'd like to know if i should expect a problem with my search for a program to courtesy dose at. Thanks.
