You can just mail it in..if where you got your DOT physical is registered with the DOT. they automatically send it to them electronically bit for some strange reason they want you to mail it in as well..?.? Which is pretty redundant considering the main office already has notice stating that they in fact did your physical and the D.O.T is aware of it. Again that is if you went to a legit physician that is registered with the DOT.
Im not sure, i know u can mail it in. What i did i sent my long form physical to my trucking company and they submitted it for me.
