So they usually don't accept walkins on busy days. Like if there's a line there, you're probably not getting a cut for a while. They have accounts on styleseat.com where you're supposed to book an appointment to get a spot in line. If you walk in during the morning or around noon on a weekday, you should be good. Any other time, I'd recommend an appointment.
