Hey Nicole, unfortunately you can't camp in this lot, however the Santa Cruz Harbor RV Park would be the closest place or you might be able to find a spot at Trailer Haven.
Yes, their is parking for rv's, can't remember how much is it. Their is no over night parking though. Must be their early to get good parking (by 9am) and parking is only at the end of the boardwalk
