Why do you call patients and cancel a Friday appointment and rebook them for a Saturday (the next day) and the patent drives all the way over there and your closed? No courtesy call to cancel.

This happen to me also. They also book me an appointment with a hygienist in the AM who didn't even clock in until later that day.
