We were there on a Monday evening. Sunset was beautiful but a rainstorm came through and lingered, we had to move fast to snag an undercover table. There was a guy singing, a bit karaokes Ishmael but reggae so still fun.
There is but it's only on the weekends and they are outside. The outside fills up quickly.
