They just open for breakfast and lunch they open at 5:30 and close at 2pm it has been that way for over 30 years
After that it's called supper
Mostly a lunch and brealfast place. Plus location does not suit evening traffic
They actually serve breakfast and lunch. I agree it is a trend with a lot of small diners but Paul's has had those hours for years.
