I have have never seen a gocart there. Probably because they don't meet OHV standards. You'd also me to register it with the DMV. Good luck
I bring my electric dirt bike. They don't seem to care too much during redsticker season but ask for registration during greensticker. I registered with the DMV as a motorized bicycle and they have accepted that. I'm going to say probably not since i think they they want all vehicles to be registered with DMV one way or another
Unless it has a California OHV registration sticker, I doubt it. They're not very lenient.
